Angela Ruch is not new to auto racing by any stretch. The longtime driver started her career in ARCA races over 15 years ago and since 2010 has raced part-time in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series. Getting started at age 9 in go karts, Ruch (born Angela Cope) and her twin sister Amber became the third generation of Copes to enter into the motorsports world.
Now, the 36-year-old mother of adopted babies, real estate firm owner, and star of her own reality docu-series (called “The Ruch Life”) is scheduled to kick off a full season in the male-dominated NASCAR world. After picking up new sponsors DWF Flooring and Cabinets and COREtec, Ruch has committed to the entirety of the NASCAR Truck Series for 2020.
