The Tomahawk Tasting menu features a 46-ounce Tomahawk Steak cooked tableside, lit on fire with whiskey. It also includes wagyu tartare, salad, A5 Wagyu bone broth, Wagyu Oxtail pot stickers and roasted bone marrow for appetizers.”
