LOS ANGELES- While the global community innovates new technologies and new ways for people to make a living – America’s educational system has remained stagnant and unresponsive to the expanding skillset that workers of the future will need to prosper. As a result, we are not graduating the innovators and entrepreneurs the economy needs. Of course, some public and private schools are trying to catch up (by having students spend time learning about the power of the Internet and the ability to grow a business through it). But most institutions do not teach what should be the focal point of contemporary education: entrepreneurship.

Aaron Carter spent Thanksgiving volunteering at Project Angel Food, story via PEOPLE

Aaron Carter spent his Thanksgiving giving back to the community.

On Thursday, the pop star — who continued to look healthy following his decision to re-enter rehab in October — volunteered to help out Project Angel Food, a nonprofit agency that cooks and delivers meals to people who are affected by life-threatening illnesses.

“Today, I’m thankful to be able to give back to @ProjectAngelFood. #MonthOfGiving #FoodIsLove#FoodIsMedicine,” Carter, 29, wrote alongside a series of photographs which showed the work that went into preparing all the Thanksgiving meals. “Happy Thanksgiving to all my fans! Red Rocks Amphitheater has seen history in the making — from a Beatles performance in the band’s prime to multiple famed live album recordings to the introduction of its own nationally coveted venue award, called the Red Rocks Award. Soon the long-running venue will reach another milestone: a celebration to ring in the New Year.

The red-rocked promised land in Morrison is hosting its first-ever New Years Eve concert on Dec. 31. The event is called New Years Eve on the Rocks, and it ushers in hip-hop fans from far and wide. Headliners will include rap-trio Migos, Atlanta-based rapper Young Thug and billboard-breaking artist Post Malone, with special guests such as Lil Yachty and Dizzy Wright making appearances, among others.
