Niku X will open in December on the second floor of the Wilshire Grand Center downtown. Diners can look forward to “a menu of modern Japanese cuisine with a French influence.” Already confirmed are the presence of Shin Thompson, a Michelin-starred chef, as well as the availability of certified Japanese A5 Wagyu premium cuts.
