urbannewsnow.com – Panda$tackz Drops Sizzling New Single, “Pancho Pantera” – The Hype Journal

Introducing an up-and-coming thrilling new Latino rapper, Panda$tackz. Riverside-born and Mexico-raised, Panda$tackz (aka Christian Riestra) simply launched “Pancho Pantera,” his newest single and music video Friday, December 18th.  Click on right here to see the music video for “Pancho Pantera.”

Panda Stakz – Pancho Pantera (Directed By Kerrigan Manufacturing) from Kerrigan Manufacturing on Vimeo.

Following the discharge of his earlier singles this 12 months, “Take You To the Stars” and “Come Child Shut,” Panda$tackz swaps his classic bluesy romantic swagger for a gritty new Chicano rap, “Pancho Pantera.” The video is a playful homage to Pancho Pantera, an animated character from the Fifties used to advertise the nutritionally-supplemented model Choco Milk in Mexico and places a lighthearted satirical spin on the opulence that’s frequent in music movies for the style with out casting judgment. As for the track itself, the driving beat and assured lyrics might make even the staunchest wallflower wish to dance…no less than a little bit.

ventsmagazine.com. – INTERVIEW: Panda$tackz Talks (And Premieres) New Single “Pancho Pantera”

Hi Panda$tackz, welcome to VENTS! How have you been?

Hello, I’m great. Thank you for having me.

Can you talk to us more about your latest single, “Pancho Pantera”?

Yea, “Pancho Pantera” is a very special song. I took a bit of my Mexican heritage and mixed it along with the trap sound that is hot right now. Pancho Pantera is a big part of Mexican culture. Everyone knows who he is, and the product that is Pancho Pantera reps is chocolate milk. Fire chocolate milk!

I got tired of “rappers” always talking about the same things and polluting young minds. I wanted to make a catchy song that was about something fun. I wanted to prove that you don’t need drugs, fancy cars, or hot girls to make a music video pop.

thecoastnews.com – Del Mar Fairgrounds hosts Holidays in Your Car

Despite the state’s Stay-At-Home order, the Del Mar Fairgrounds has found a way to share a little socially distanced cheer this holiday season, hosting Holidays in Your Car, a 1.5-mile display of over 1 million holiday lights, holograms and lasers.

Visitors attending the holiday light show arrive and remain in the safety of their cars, slowly snaking through the fairgrounds to view the different lit scenes of trucks, toy lands, fairytales, and Santa’s workshop while holiday music plays through their stereos.

The show is hosted by CBF productions, the same event production company responsible for Concerts in Your Car, a series of socially distanced concerts and movies held in the Fairgrounds parking lot this fall.

thestaffingstream.com – Ensuring the “White Glove” Hiring Experience

In today’s job market, it might seem like the advantage rests squarely with employers, what with record numbers of unemployment. But that’s not necessarily true. Superstar players in your industry will always be in high demand — their standards and expectations are only increasing thanks to the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. To recruit the best, you need to provide the best hiring experience.

Let’s start with the basics. Of course, baseline considerations are important — salary and benefits, vacation, location, the scope of responsibility, and room for advancement. In my 25 years in executive recruitment, however, I’ve often found the intangible considerations that win the day when multiple employers are competing for the same candidate.

Data on platonic co-parenting is hard to pin down, but sites that match single individuals interested in becoming parents have experienced an increase in traffic between 30 to 50% during the pandemic, The Guardian reported.
