On Tuesday NASCAR’s Truck Series resumes, and FOX 11’s Pablo Alsina talked with one of three female drivers, Angela Ruch. Her truck will be decorated in honor of her father-in-law, a U.S. Air Force veteran who recently lost his life to COVID-19.
