Jesse Kinch first picked up a guitar at age six. 14 years of laser-focused dedication later, he performed with Brad Paisley in front of 17,500 people. Kinch had just been selected as the first and only winner of ABC’s “Rising Star” and Paisley, a judge on the show, shared his advice and expertise on stage with Kinch.
In June 2018, Kinch released his debut album and will be performing all 13 tracks at Rhythms Live Music Hall in Durham on April 5. Staff writer Caroline Kloster spoke with Kinch about his upcoming show and work.

Pump’s cool. Singer Miley Cyrus was spotting partying hard with Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsstar Lisa Vanderpump and some of the cast of her hit spin-off show Vanderpump Rules on March 22 and we can’t say we’re not insanely jealous of the entire night.
“Doggy style @tomtom with @mileycyrus tonight,” the 58-year-old captioned the adorable vid of herself and the “Wrecking Ball” singer cuddling a sweet and furry puppy on top of the bar. Another version of the video made its way onto the 26-year-old’s IG Stories, where she captioned the clip, “This is the definition of GOOPED!!!!” and tagged LVP and her newest restaurant.

“My favorite treats to get at Disney are the Mickey-shaped soft pretzels and the corn dog nuggets,” said Wayne Elias, co-owner of Rockwell Table & Stage and Crumble Catering in Los Angeles.
