CELEBRITY CHEF WAYNE ELIAS DELIGHTS AT JANIE’S FUND GRAMMY PARTY WITH STEVEN TYLER
Chef to the stars Wayne Elias (far right) and Crumble Catering partner Chris Diamond (far left) were called into duty to prepare thousands of dishes at the sophomore year of Steven Tyler Grammy Awards 2019 Viewing Party benefiting Janie’s Fund, which raised 2.8 million dollars to bring hope and healing for girls who have suffered the trauma of abuse and neglect.
The two culinary honchos were joined during between sumptuous meal courses by Stephen Tyler and girlfriend Aimee Preston. The benefit took place at Hollywood’s Raleigh Studios and was hosted by Jane Lynch. Next up for Chef Elias and his sexy team of 150 waiters, cooks, servers and bartender’s is the Elton John AIDS Foundation OSCAR viewing party on Sunday, February 24, 2019.

Chef Preps to Cater Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Oscars Party
For the 15th year in a row, the Chef Wayne is prepping for one of the biggest parties of the year and no pressure, but name a big name, and odds are, they’ll be eating his food come Sunday night.
“If you’re not going to the Oscars Governors Ball, you’re going to Elton John’s party,” he said.
It’s the 27thAnnual Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Academy Awards viewing party. Chef Wayne and Crumble Catering are handling the night’s menu once again, which of course includes Sir Elton’s favorites sandwich.
As Chef Wayne made one, he explained how he and Crumble Catering truly are Hollywood A -listers go-to”A team. A couple weeks ago they catered the Steven Tyler’s Grammys party. Now, for the biggest night in Hollywood, they’re pulling out all the stops….

Chef Wayne Elias Talks to Los Angeles Blade: Oscar parties for under one million dollars

Chef Wayne Elias and Crumble Catering is handling Elton John’s Oscar party menu for a 15th year, serving over 1000 people.
“Elton’s team tastes my menu suggestions and make the decisions on what we serve,” enthused Elias. “Each year, we do a five-course, sit down, waiter-served menu. Last year we had Chicken Canneloni, Scallop Truffle Vegetable Consomme, Filet Mignon, Sea Bass, and Arugula Salad with Comte Cheese.”
In addition to working with Elton John, Elias is on the Board for Project Angel Food, donating and helping many organizations in the LGBT Community such as The Center, Aid for Aids, Trevor Project and GLAAD.
“I lost a partner to AIDS during the epidemic and have always said I would do anything to help end this disease that has affected our community,” he said. “So I can give back through my passion and business to all organizations in the LGBT Community.”
