He is most famous for being the chef for the Elton John’s world famous Oscar viewing party that benefits the Elton Johns Aids Foundation. The EJAF, they believe AIDS can be beaten. They raise funds for evidence-based programs and policies and also by speaking out with honesty and compassion about the realities of people’s lives.
