Tyrone Jackson shares his knowledge on San Diego 6

In today’s world of economic uncertainty, in order to create wealth and control your destiny you need a financial education. With the Wealthy Investor, expert trader and wealth coach Tyrone Jackson shares his proven methods of Stock Market Trading Success. The average investor eagerly embraces mutual funds. However, mutual funds don’t create monthly residual income for 98% of those who invest in them. Becoming a self-directed investor, learning how to trade on your own, can create monthly residual income if you have the right knowledge and mindset.

Mr. Jackson teaches his students to focus on three things: covered call selling for monthly income, collecting dividends for quarterly income, and volatility trading for fast weekly profits. These three principals form the cornerstone of the Wealthy Investor approach to stock market trading.

BREAKING NEWS: Singer-Songwriter Treena Ruberg Announces First Studio Album Produced by Scott Storch

| Jun 18, 2013

Hollywood, CA – L.A. singer-songwriter Treena Ruberg has her eyes on the skies and is set to launch her first studio album, titled AFTER SCHOOL, featuring hit songs such as “Materialistic” and “Why Do You Want More” for a-mid-summer album’s release. Following soon thereafter will be her first music video directed by Gil Greene.

With legendary producer Scott Storch (50 Cent and Chris Brown) at the helm, composer Johnny Mosegaard Pedersen (“Barbie Girl” by Aqua) and mixing engineer Manny Marroquin (Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Bruno Mars, and John Mayer) alongside; her debut album is sure to turn heads Ruberg’s way.

Ruberg infuses levity and energy into her music — singing about fashion, the ups and downs of life, being taken “out of space,” and living life to the fullest. “If music makes you happy, follow your heart and make your dreams a reality,” she says.

And with that thought in mind Treena likes to keep it young and fresh with catchy sing-along anthems setting the summer off just right!

While her introverted writing process might not resemble the extroverted emotions of her performance, Ruberg intones: “the best way for me to come up with a great song is for me to be alone; quiet and peaceful with no distractions.”

As a young girl, Ruberg drew inspiration from many types of music; from church songs to pop-radio — Ruberg wrote lyrics to her own beat. She studied some of the greatest pop performers like Mariah Carey and Madonna. It was their finesse, talent and glam that captivated Ruberg’s heart and inspired her to do more with her secret talents and chase after the big stage. ”When it comes to your passion, you can’t go wrong by following your heart,” Ruberg exclaims.

“I approach writing with an open heart and mind. I hear the music in my head and the lyrics just naturally follow,” comments Ruberg. Adding, “after the writing process begins, I find a producer to create a song around my lyrics; a creative journey currently being guided by the extraordinary talents of Scott Storch on three of the album compositions.”

And now as she stands on the precipice of her record release, fans will have a chance to experience the musical journey that Treena Ruberg will be sharing with the world.

Huffpost Blogger Tyrone Jackson: Collecting Dividends Like Warren Buffett Works

Collecting Dividends Like Warren Buffett Works

Warren Buffett is considered by many to be the best long-term investor of his generation. Mr. Buffett consistently invests in companies he believes will still be earning big profits fifteen years from now. Most of the companies Mr. Buffett chooses to invest in also pay dividends.

Warren Buffett’s approach to collecting dividends works for small investors as well. Most investors are familiar with the idea that stocks are assets that build wealth over time as they rise in value. However, what some may not know is that every quarter some publicly traded companies issue a payment to shareholders which is a portion of net profit after all expenses are paid. That payment is called a dividend.

AT&T (T) and Coca Cola (KO) are real world examples of two Dow stocksthat pay healthy dividends. AT&T pays its shareholders $.44 cents per share and Coca Cola pays its shareholders $.28 per share in quarterly dividends.

If you’re a smaller investor and you own one hundred shares of Coca Cola, your quarterly payment would be $28. As you purchase additional shares of Coca Cola your dividend checks will increase over time.

Over time Mr. Warren Buffett has accumulated millions of shares of Coca Cola. In fact, he’s one of the largest shareholders. As of May 15, 2013 he owns 400,000,000 shares of Coca Cola. That means Warren Buffett’s quarterly dividend payment is over 17 Million dollars per quarter.

Dividends are yet another way the super-rich accumulate wealth and residual income. Any investor can prosper through owning stocks. All wealth is taught; alas not traditionally through our current education system. It’s just a matter of getting a financial education and setting goals.

Lobeline Client Michael Holtz on Examiner

| May 28, 2013

Mr. Gay USA 2011 MICHAEL HOLTZ Competes on TNT’s New Competition Series “72 Hours”

Michael Holtz is a man with many titles; Mr. Gay USA 2011, Compete Magazine’s Athlete of the Year and first-runner-up Mr. Gay World 2011. Of equal significance, since 2008 as an LGBT activist he raised more than $1 million cumulatively for Equality California, GLAAD, The Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center, and Stonewall Community Foundation in New York City.

Now he is set to embark on one of his most formidable challenges ever on the new TNT competition series, “72 Hours” — which takes adventure to a whole new level, in titled episode “Lost Coast of New Zealand” airing June, 13, 2013 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT)

Dropped in a 90km stretch of untamed coastline, three teams composed of three strangers must navigate through thick forests, limestone cliffs and massive sand dunes in order to locate a briefcase full of cash in just 72 hours. All they have to accompany them in their quest for $100,000 are their teammates, the clothes on their backs, a GPS and one bottle of water.

But for Holtz, being a man constantly in motion is nothing new. In addition to his recent speaking engagements around the country, as well as running his own athletic-event production company called MKH2O, Holtz will serve as a spokesperson and model for a soon-to-open BRIEF store in Charlotte, NC, where he also plans to launch a swimwear and active line of his own.

This summer, Holtz will work with The Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center to produce and serve as Emcee for their 2013 Beach Classic — an ocean swim, run and beach volleyball competition at Dockweiler Beach.

For Holtz, this is all part of his ongoing efforts to promote equality, erase stereotypes in sports, be a face of hope, inspiration, and change to LGBT youth and athletes. Just as he did as an open-and-out gay national collegiate swimmer, Holtz continues to pioneer new paths of acceptance and equality for LGBT athletes and the LGBT community.

Holtz’s upcoming TNT appearance displays his athletic prowess, intelligence and charm. Explaining the show’s dynamic, Holtz says: “I provided some unexpected leadership and support that was well received,” adding “I had never met these folks before and often it’s hard to connect under such competitive circumstances; the opportunity to help instill confidence and be a team leader was very special.”

Fans can cheer on Holtz and meet him in person when he personally hosts a special, LIVE, national viewing party for his episode at Eleven Bar & Nightclub on Thursday, June 13. The event starts at 7:30pm with an Absolut Vodka open bar for invited guests, followed by the 9:00pm episode broadcast premiere open to the public. Always with a mind for giving back to the community, Michael is leveraging the event to help drive recruitment for the LA Gay & Lesbian Center’s Beach Classic.

Eleven Bar & Nightclub is located at 8811 Santa Monica Blvd, in West Hollywood, CA.

Magic Snow – Top Five Snow Scenes in Hollywood Movies

A History of Fake Snow in the Movies

From Charlie Chaplin to modern movies, Hollywood has always managed to fool the eye into believing winter’s in the air, even when it’s 90 degrees on the set.

Magic Snow has chosen five classic films with such convincing artificial snow that you can almost feel the temperature drop.

Edward Scissorhands

Edward is like any other man in town. Well, except for the fact that he was created by a scientist in a mansion high on a hill above a sleepy suburb. Unfortunately for Edward, his creator died before installing proper hands. Where ten digits should be, Edward has several pairs of scissors.

His scissorhands are quite talented, creating lawn topiaries, dog haircuts and eventually fantastical haircuts for the women in town. One night, Edward creates a beautiful ice sculpture for Kim, the girl of his dreams. To everyone’s surprise, his carving produces snow, which the town had never seen before.
